Worst HR any company can ever have. All they know is to just sit and do timepass passing comments on other's works. Day by day work culture here is degrading.

Company is very good in Gujarat.Banglore region full of politics everybody wants to save there seats and give there work responsibilities to others.No JD followed not defined for staff.Entire site works only on 2-3 site employees decision, rest site employees suggestions will not be considered nor listened by HOD. HR interaction with employees is not there,employees issues taken up to HR will never be solved.

I would like to share that the company management and HR team is appreciatable for looking of their employees. I am working with this company since 2014 and every year company growth goes higher. About the company policies which is find excellent as per perspective view of an employee's. I am very much happy to be working in "ALEMBIC REAL ESTATE"

Talking about the mother company, It is the most reputed organisation in Vadodara being more than a century old organisation. Real estate is a latest branch out of it which has a complete new team of management and individuals. Good to grow if one can create an influence.

Dislikes

Management is confused and third requirements are depended on other imaginary or marketed stake holders in the field who might see only thier financial benefits out of the project. Management is young, inexperienced and highly influential by non technical individuals.
