ALEMBIC PHARMACEUTICALS as a company is all over average company. Sometimes Target is achieved and sometimes not achieved. But well known company in the field .

Salary is average. Adjustment issues are hude due monthly Target acheivment. That's the main reason to leave.

Before Covid 🦠all things are good but now it's pathetic.. Very very aggressive on sales only.. They need only sales... Less Increment. Extremely work pressure.. Don't want to listen any thing..

Not right salary structure to senior working employees at downtheline. Purely Top Management internal political company. I had forced to make my decision. Worst HR policies for recruitment
