Dislikes are too much. Not written by hand written. Top management are very bed, they treat all AM/Dy/sr.executive/executive like all worker and below category person.

...nt and culture. Teammates are supportive and team management is not transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are good but not fair ,salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...n for freshers. All they need is educated monkeys who obey and give them output. Company is good for salary and increments plus your salary gets deposited on the last working day.

Dislikes

You'll get a work life balance since you don't have to work overtime except in 1st shift where you're made to work extra without pay. Possessive bossing, hammering and work load doesn't let you do your job efficiently. Company is much better but the environment created here isn't as friendly and calm as expected.

The best thing in Karakhadi site in Pl- 04 is the politics . If you serviwe in only 1 year in this plant then you will be able to do work in world's worst politics. And the master mind of all the things are site head.

Dislikes

...in specially plant -04 too many bosses than the employee working at the floor. They treat employee as they have bought them by giving salary and the employees are the slave of them . They punishment list of plant 04 list is 1. Stay outside the washroom till 1 week. 2. They will not give you charge and send them to scrap yard to seggrigate the scrap. 3. On the spot they will change your work place area . 4. They will always say to you "chalo sahab( site head) ke pass. 5. They will talk like this " (jisko bolna hai bol do Mera koi kuch nhi ukhad payega). And when you go to the site head office he will judge you accordingly him not listen any word to you and send to you to HR department for advisory letter. 6. They will call you from home if you go after night shift and after discussion tell you to come in night shift also. And in last A Boss , have no manners to talk to employee and always says " mai to naukari L... Par le ke ghumta hu". Because he is having full support of site head due to Dalali. HR department recruiting for the panelav location and transfer you to Karakhadi plant 4.

Homely atmosphere, and mental pressure is low. I like it's retention bonus scheme, If there is 2 & 4th Saturday is off then employee can find time for his own work and balance family life.

Dislikes

Special technical trainings are not getting. Also work pressure is there as to complete the task in minimum time.
