... is a lot of politics and the higher management support people who is buttering. There is some kind of 2 year bond like if u leave before 2 years u have to pay transportation claim and early relieving money of previous organisations. Yes no proper training given to employees who is new and training in the system of SOP is just for fun they provide answers already at time of exam.

Nothing to pen down. No likes at all.

Dislikes

No work culture. Highly egoistic professionals. No sense of bonding. Very poor pay masters. They expect every thing from your end but themselves doesn't have any skills, rough attitude towards their own employees.

Good company to work and good motivation. Superiors are very good and company policies are good with good salary and incentives. Good work, good environment , good facilities, security etc.

Culture of the company, Promotion and appraisal system. Very badly talk with analyst . HR person is also involved in badly talk with us. Also management has no idea that how to takle the situation. They all depends on analyst only. If u made simple mistake than they treated as like a crime . So finally don't go .
