First thing is HR policy in Hyderabad is very terrible (They don't support employees). There is no job security, someone high level one did fraud, another low level employee only suffer, without enquiry they remove from job and they don't tell the genuine reason why they are doing lay off. And work culture is very bad in Hyderabad peptides R &D. For recruit their team from previous company, the site head create some negativity, and put praposal to higher management to remove some people. There is no one working for company, to complete projects without queries, they want to do projects delay and they want their job security for another 5 years. Management not thinking who is doing write and who is manipulating things,.just believe the fraud peoples only.

One of the worst culture n behaviour issues from management. Completely no benefit even u do wonders in alembic. Doesn't value people hardworking. Not right salary structure to senior working employees at downtheline. Purely Top Management internal political company. I had forced to make my decision. Worst HR policies for recruitment

Dear people who are joining alembic realestate specially, think many times before joining alembic (shreno ltd) at bengaluru. Here too many politics you have never ever seen. These people have changed the about company from alembic realestate to alembic pharmaceutical recently. Because of the bad reviews. Your life will be miscerable if you join alembic real estate, be careful to join such a bad and toxic environment. Ask someone who is working at banglore location shreno ltd and decide.

Culture of the company, Promotion and appraisal system. Very badly talk with analyst . HR person is also involved in badly talk with us. Also management has no idea that how to takle the situation. They all depends on analyst only. If u made simple mistake than they treated as like a crime . So finally don't go .
