...will get a satisfactory amount of freedom to do your work as you please Timing are good compared to other companies You get salary on time 5th of every month not later not before.

Leave system is very out dated You get around 15 Earned leaves(1EL for every 20 days attended to office) which is very low in any industry No Sick leave ( I wonder how people manage on long sick days) 1 Casual Leave for every month. Appraisals and Increment processes are not finalized hence it will be as per management disposal.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
