The only good thing about company are their international VM standards

...rea manager or manager is asked to create situations against the person. Compensation is not upto the mark in industry. Company doesn’t upkeep the promises. They announce incentives all of a sudden. After achievement of targets what employees get is only broken commitment or half of what was promised as afterwards they say words like “if we didn’t announced incentives, you won’t have gotten this also”. Def not a good company to work for.

incentive policy that it had. But it got changed from april 2024, which is dissappointing.

Working flexibilities - no hybrid mode allowed wherever possible. no such work appreciation from the team. expected to work on the holidays & weekends. bad remuneration.

Work culture......Hr department and management they all thief.....the Frenchie owner of company in India Tushar ved should handover this business to someone else.... please don't join this organisation, if you want to grow in your life,try some other brands,

There's is big Negative thing that is IN india Aldo always give promotions to the customers which effects so much to pepole , they don't buy fresh colloection until they get discount!!! So that every time dont be avail for discount .

The company is very good for a fresher. Lots of things to be learn about a international brand,like how to set up visual marchendising, sales, product knowledge etc. I am very grateful to part of this organization.
