Quality head is very bad he abuses to his team mates all the time without any issue , molests and stalks the girls and nobody is taking action against him. He will surely locks the gate of the company one day.

The management is good,it's understand the employee. Their is lot to learn here as organisation is in intial phase.Lots of scope who want to learn from basic in every department. You can explore yourself as much as you can to gain knowledge,no boundtion from company. This company is one of biggest soft gelatin cap plant in uttrakhand. Alder biochem is best place to work before Dec 2022.

Dislikes

The only dislike is gear quality head,who looks girls very bad way.may be he is knowledgeable but his behaviour towards girls is that no girl want to go to him,as he looks girls,can't say. Feedback He stock girls, message bgirls which is not expected.He caught 2 to three times in female cases for messaging wrongly but company had not take any action against him. He only do politics in company He joined recently. May be called as baba b.l.tk.ri. I suggest to no girl or female to join until he is in company.& be aware of him always,and try to keep distance from him always. here I get to know how can one fish can make whole clean pond dirty.

Exvellent working environment, management team is very supportive,great place to work.Company is well equipped with highly modern technologies. Very good place to work and improve knowledge.

Company is excellent in all aspects.
