Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Company have got some excellent & talented employee's in its initial year's but lala (without brain) of the company give opportunity and promotion to other unskilled employee's who satisfied lala's ego resulted in company loose there best employee's.

My working experience is good but i know very well that job is not secure because I am working as a sales executive so my job is depend on sale if no sale so i can't do job long time This is also risky Because I have seen with my calig to lose his job due to sale reason that is very challenging to contue do job
