Alchmi is one of the most creative and innovative companies in India. The founder is highly experienced and innovative. He has vast experience in all areas of business and shares his knowledge and experience quite freely with all employees. Unlike other marketing companies, inputs and insights are requested and accepted from all employees. He believes in the idea of "let the best ideas win." His thinking is revolutionary and his expertise in applying technology to solve business challenges is unmatched. He is also very kind-hearted and generous in the treatment of employees. He also knows how to select for talent, expertise and experience. He gives opportunities to youngsters from various backgrounds and invests a lot in training. He helps all employees develop an innovative mindset. I am from a tech/creative background and was used to doing the same thing over and over again before I joined Alchmi. Under the founder's close guidance and coaching I was able to change my mindset and become more of an innovative thinker. I learned a lot about business and how to focus on delivering a superior customer experience. There is skills training and mindset training. The mindset training is awesome but not everyone gets it. This is a great place to learn for really sharp and eager minds hungry for knowledge. If you are used to being spoon fed or come from less innovative cultures this is not a good place for you. The environment is very friendly, spiritual, creative and energizing. The office is spacious, warm and welcoming. Not too much to complain about. Teammates are also good. There is a lot of diversity on the team.

Dislikes

Parking was a real hassle in the old office. Some teammates are very 9-5. Most are engaged and active and good contributors. Some employees do not understand the value of what they are getting from being part of this company. More team sports and such would be welcome.

Likes

Team mates are good. No training is provided, No job security an employee can be removed just by disabling the mail Id, no intimation nor prior discussion on removing any employee,No appraisal instead an employee can even be paid only half the salary what he/she was supposed to be paid. It's a start up company no job security dirty politics is also played inside.

Dislikes

Not a good company to work. Your experience is not valued. No proper feedback on the work or assignments submitted. Employees are not happy they are demotivated.
