There was nothing to like, HRs are so pathetic! I tool me 20 day's to get my experience letter after I left the organisation. I was like begging with them at the end! Worst people don't joining the fraud company

Its all about which client your working with ...you may have pressure from clients but not from alchemy ...definitely growth is slow ..but growth is also depends on project and client

I Worked with payroll Alchemy for IBM. before joining I was told many things but when 3 months got over everything changed. they have given on email also but after 3 month you will be on IBM payroll but that never happened. next two month when project got over I was fired.
