There is no proper process for anything. No job security.. They will promise conversion after 6 months, but held their hands ups when Client layoffs even if you a good performer and there is budgeting issues.

Nothing. No job security. Soon after project completion you are out on the same day without notice. Their policy is use and throw. Worst place to work.

Job is not secured. They will fire you the same day when your contract is over with client. They will not find you a new project nor put you on bench till you get a project. False promises made all the time. Please join only when you don’t have any option. All the employees are very selfish there without any ethics, especially Kartheek and Roshan.
