There is no proper process for anything. No job security.. They will promise conversion after 6 months, but held their hands ups when Client layoffs even if you a good performer and there is budgeting issues.

Job is not secured. They will fire you the same day when your contract is over with client. They will not find you a new project nor put you on bench till you get a project. False promises made all the time. Please join only when you don’t have any option. All the employees are very selfish there without any ethics, especially Kartheek and Roshan.
