Always be careful while discussing the salary. They always try to cut the salary. Always take the offer letter and joining letter at the same moment when you join the organization. They fooled me for almost one year and didn't give me a joining letter.

Nothing more.. Some times I feel lack of proper coordination between Head office and branch office, fot this reason some time I face the problem.. In my point of view, this is not right..

Alchemist Limited is a fraud company. About this company I will say the company misguide their workers and agents and many people losses his money fraud by Alchemist Township Limited.

Although, the work culture was semi-professional, however, the environment of the management was very receptive to new ideas, improvisation and changes. The personnel and functional heads were very efficient and loving. If one is creative enough and can add values to the work & environment by taking initiatives then he/she would have a lot of scope of development, both for the organization and oneself. It was a people-friendly place and very comfortable to work in.

Dislikes

There was not enough transparency in what work was being delegated to you and what was expected of you, one's limitations and freedom of work, decision making.
