There is nothing to like about this company except the Branch Head and the guy (Chatugiri Person) below him, the rest of the staff are good.

If you are new to that company, you are not trusted, you are seen negatively. If the company has any function program they don't take the new candidate.

Mr. Prabhu Tony, the COO of the company is an understanding and cooperative individual but his lack of presence in the company invokes chaos

Dislikes

The work culture is unjust. They pressurize employees to work long hours past their schedule and work hours. The company fulfills unjust needs of the clients which is pressurizing for employees, there is politics amongst influential employees and they go on personal levels to make the lives miserable of employees who they don't like

Likes

Frequent breaks in between bcz then they used to stretch even after 11 pm and then people come to office late as per their convenience and then afterwards their salary gets deducted.

Dislikes

1. Stretching unnecessary late bcz in the working hours people used to loiter and then stay upto 1 am or 2 am and sometimes stay there only and start fresh day after getting up in the office. This becomes a habit and even girls do it freely 2. No cab or security for girls who stays late, only cab reimbursement is there which will not give safety. Girls at 1 am and even after that, travel alone by car to Noida/Faridabad from Gurgaon. 3. No incentives, no night allowances even after stretching and next morning the boss PT expects you to come on time. 4. And when you don't support all of the above, you are in danger automatically and they will crush you. 5. As promised, no training was given, no assistance was given even for a day as the boss PT expects you to pick everything up on your own. 6. The boss PT uses abusive words even with girls so freely and no one opposes him as the people who are working there for 3 or more years, they are normal with it and that's why they stays there and used to all this and buttering. 7. And, when you oppose all this, the boss PT so proudly says to female employees, that the other girl is having no problem and if you feel uncomfortable, then you leave. 8. When oppose on using abusive words to a female, he proudly says this is my regular lingo, pls leave if you have problem. 9. No PF, no offer letter to employees even to those who completed more than 2 years 10. 95 percent real estate clients and hire and fire policy they follow.

If you are a fresher you would learn a lot as they will make you work for 12 hrs minimum for peanuts. MD is very miser and never takes care of employees

Dislikes

Bad work culture, 0 engagement activities, salaries are low, they expect you to work even on weekends and holidays, toxic work culture, MD is very unprofessional and will give you lots of promises but nothing in writing.

Likes

You will get to learn a lot as the management will expect you to do everything on daily basis and for minimum 12 hours a day.

Dislikes

no work culture, no work-life balance, salaries are like peanuts, a lot of fake promises, MD is miser and manipulative, loads of internal politics, they expect you to work even on weekends and holidays.
