HR team is so low on skills. Receptionists and payroll managers are working as Head. No learning as such. No freedom. Everything has to move through one head who has no exposure on how things work in today's world. No ways of talking politely with staff

Good work environment & working culture is also good in organization. Good n supportive team, if anyone wants learn n enhance your skills tn join this organization.

Lot of space constraints, although management is trying find out the solution but due to limited space you can not do much,

I left the job in june 2019.....they didn't close my pf account..... They even didn't entered date of joining pension in pf.... Due to that i am unable to withdraw my pf....

I called so many times to the HR regarding closing of my pf account.....but still they are not entering the closing date in PF portal

I would not advise anyone to join Alchemist because I didn’t like anything to stay there.Culture over there will make you feel like sick.

The work pressure was very high.I have to stand on my toes.I have to work for 12-14 hrs.Go for call also.Behaviour of HOD was too bad.No working culture.
