Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Good company right now expand very fast. The main DNA of the organisation is consistently growth. And the director of the company is so cool I never see such a visionary person. He is a to the point person. I am new to the company it's wrong to be judge the company overall but till now satisfied.

The middle manager need to learn some behavioural atticates. How to behave the person who work dedicatedly. Every company have these kind of person. So move on and work hard and sinciarly for betterment of company and your. Grow with the organisation. Working time is long hour.need to be 9 hr if possible.
