Good company right now expand very fast. The main DNA of the organisation is consistently growth. And the director of the company is so cool I never see such a visionary person. He is a to the point person. I am new to the company it's wrong to be judge the company overall but till now satisfied.

The middle manager need to learn some behavioural atticates. How to behave the person who work dedicatedly. Every company have these kind of person. So move on and work hard and sinciarly for betterment of company and your. Grow with the organisation. Working time is long hour.need to be 9 hr if possible.

I am working in Albino lifesciences from last 4yrs .I am extremely gratefull for the support the company has provided me during the time I became the parents easily grant me leave to spend time with my family also provided me the employee benefit amount .

I learned many new skills and it is the first time i have worked with a company that has an office in several states. And having senior managers who are helpful and eager to see their company succeed is a very rewarding experience.

Worst Management & No policies for employees, Management is deducting salaries for their enjoyment. HR also not cooperating with employees. Bhagwan bachaye....Bahut Bekar company hai.....
