... long back in 1995 this company was small but working environment was excellent.Salary was not so good but chances of earning Incentives were great. But a clever man Tony Parmar joined as CEO in 2017 and everything is now out of the track.There is a serious industrial dispute in the company between the Field Workers and the management's only focus is to break the union where as more than 150 field workers are fighting tooth and nail against the unlawful actions of the management.

No dignity of the Workers,Most feudal and arrogant management. No job security very bad work environment.

Company belongs to Kothari Group so we can say its background is good. Company has good reputation in the market and good brands.

As per current scenario Company is paying less than average salary. Very less chances for growth since Company is de growing.

Company is good but due to low interest of owner ,CEO is spoiling albert david. After the joining of tony parmar company is degrowing continually, he is culprit person of this pharma industry. In this company there is only value of ball scratching people.

No salary on time , huge dedication in salary during 2020-21

Still there is work from home in many areas. Salary not on time. Everything thing is considerable except sales related policies and positive approach is lacking. So one of the oldest company of India still struggling. New management hasn't vision. It seems top management has in mind that down level worker is getting too much.

The working culture and due respect to every employee by seniors, Management is supportive and helpful. Family and Professional work balance. Job longevity and security.
