everything is negative about the company

Dislikes

Salary problem is there in the company and 4 months salary is pending for me they wont provide you salary in time, negative environment, no salary hike from HR to CEO no one will listen to our queries.

The company is a sinking ship. The HR has no idea what they should do, most of the staff have months of pending salaries. There is high mismanagement at the top level, but good for fresh candidates. Not really recommended for experienced candidates.

Anyhow Managed to get shut down job for renowned company like in Oil & Gas

Dislikes

Malyali Culture Hell for non malyali staff No suppirt, promotion or increment for north Indian staff. High discrimination in all matters.

The company provides a hassle-free environment for its employees for expanding their capabilities and strength. Amenities provided for its employees is one of the best within the sector. Remuneration is also great.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
