The working hours are reduced to 6 Hours. Well they have made no salary deductions for people having an average salary on the bright side whilst there are deductions of 40% from May till six months for employees having a compensation of more than 1700$. They have good safety measures and temperatures are checked daily for all employees. They still did not stop the fingerprint login and logout which is counter-safe.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

They should consider replacing the fingerprints attendance at least until the COVID-19 phases out.There is not much scope for growth in career.The company is employer driven rather than employee driven the HR are neither active nor supportive when it comes to employee issues.Vacations cannot be taken when you feel like it.The polarity between salaries of employees and their managers is very high 1:7.
