This is badiya company it's management is very bad, it's torturing the people for vacation there is no increment in salary even after working overtime, no money is recieved this is the worst Saudi company...

Management is very poor. They don't have manners how to treat an employee. They treat like a slave. 91 Camp accomodations is same as Animal shelter. Each room they keep 5 to 10 employee and there's no hygiene.

It's company dependents on project & management system some project management is good but some projects management is very poor

...ect especially manager and hiring HR department are making worst to the company. Hiring person brings much of their laymen relatives to this company and pays them a good salary and gives them good positions.

Equality and support are zero from HR for honest employees. Living conditions in the employee's camp of being the worst.
