Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Before 2015 , this is Very good organization, On time salary , they paid Annual leave salary and settlemnt in advanced fot the proposed travel date.

Site project managers recommended for the promotion and increament based on who is best giving the information and doing A to Z . Very worst things, due to this project managers behaviours organization loose many of very good skilled and knowledged Engineers , Managers and workers. Now company day by day going to down financial and no more projects

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. There is no on-job training for freshers , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain some times.
