...LTY.AN EMPLOYEE LEAVING THE ORGANIZATION HAS TO GIVE 6 MONTHS NOTICE IN ADVANCE.AN EMPLOYEE PROCEEDING ON EMERGENCY LEAVE OR UNSHEDULED LEAVE HAS TO DEPOSIT DEPOSIT ONE MONTH'S SALARY WHICH WILL BE REIMPURSED(ALONG WITH THE NEXT MONTH'S SALARY) UPON HIS RETURN FROM LEAVE.THE MANAGEMENT EXPECT THE EMPLOYEES TO ACCEPT ANY TARGET SET BE THE CLIENT EVEN IF IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MEET.IN OMAN IT IS ILLEGAL TO KEEP THE EMPLOYEES PASSPORT WITH THE COMPANY.BUT AL TURKI KEEPS THE PASSPORTS OF THE FAMILY OF THE EMPLOYEE ALSO UNDER THEIR CUSTODY.IN SHORT THE EMPLOYEES HAVE A FEELING OF BEING A BONDED LABOUR

Delay in approval process for leave No value for professional employees Blame culture Procedures and policy won’t be applicable for those have reference. Increment and appraisals will be provided after various references and request, not as per your ability and dedication

...hey are only giving experience certificate for high level manager position only. They are not giving reasonable salary to skilled person. They are not giving good accommodations. Transportation only given in site only. They are not provide in head office, when we are went to vacation.

...for all employees, make it two groups alternate every 15 days for all staff. Reused salary 28% above 1000 OMR and required to change agreement for up to 2022 Don t want group politics all are one family/required to meet project vs staff monthly once discussion and sharing problems personally. kindly request management- top level post like project manager, construction manager.project coordinator, Sr.managers must required 10 to 15 years experience and avoid recommendation for higher post.All foreman don t make politics and group and gently coordinate to labour and staff.(sample -Bhubai is best coordinator decision maker 100% perfect man)

...good training for IT-related works.Job security i think higher level staff only. Salary appraisal system is not good many low level and middle level staffs spoil /Required special team. very good transport arrangement i am not seeing any gulf country(I am working Dubai. Abudhabu, Kuwait, Afghanistan- US-Millilitre camp)Higher level staff making politics in this company.
