Promotion and seniority very delayed, your hard work doesn't count here. No training is given, Advise- dont serve 3 month notice period, Poor working condions due to high politics. 12-14 hrs work. They call for work on holidays. Forget about promotion in mid and low level jobs. No training, they just do formality. Creative thinking is prohibited. Oversmart big somatch guys transfer work here. Audit is just time pass. You will suffer unless your relative is on top position. You will get money in exchange of your health. Managers don't know how to work they only know passing the ball. No one cares.

Job security, work life balance, career growth are words you have to forget if your work here. They can fire you anytime if they are running out of projects.
