Salary deposited in bank on time.

... in working time and there is no overtime or extra benefits paid by the company. Also noticed salary deductions at the end of the month. Once deductions happened then there is lot of follow up and explanation required to get the refund. While going on emergency leave one month salary to be deposited to the company. To get the deposited salary back lot of procedures are there and it takes 60 days get back the deposited salary.

Good exposure to construction industry. Excellent work life balance and supportive Management.

HR policies are not expat friendly. No medical benefits. Face scan and salary deduction on minute basis even for staffs.

Promotion and seniority very delayed, your hard work doesn't count here. No training is given, Advise- dont serve 3 month notice period, Poor working condions due to high politics. 12-14 hrs work. They call for work on holidays. Forget about promotion in mid and low level jobs. No training, they just do formality. Creative thinking is prohibited. Oversmart big somatch guys transfer work here. Audit is just time pass. You will suffer unless your relative is on top position. You will get money in exchange of your health. Managers don't know how to work they only know passing the ball. No one cares.

The salary is really low compared to similar profile in the entire country, you will have to literally beg to get your appraisal approved even if you perform good. Job security, work life balance, career growth are words you have to forget if your work here. They can fire you anytime if they are running out of projects.

There is nothing I I like in this poor company. It's worst to work in such highly uncultured environment. There is no growth for hard working & honest employees.

Dislikes

...no growth in terms of learning. No job security as they have use & throw policy. Salary is normal & no hope of apprisal even u worked hard & shown profit. Both horses & donkeys counted in the same list. For short term & freshers it's OK but not for seniors
