The company suffers from a significant lack of knowledge management and innovation. The processes and work culture feel outdated, with no efforts to adapt to modern practices or encourage fresh ideas. Additionally, they take employees' passports on the joining day, and if you need it back, you are required to pay over 5000 QAR. Such practices are highly unprofessional and make employees feel restricted and undervalued.

No proper structure of the company, not open to idea sharing, person is not measured according to the performance bt by the no of years spent, a very disorganised company.

Company management is very bad. Every time politics, no living of standard, salary problem, Hr is not good, every commitment false, accommodation not good, food not good, painful treatment to employees, etc.

As same above. Not good company. It is not company, it is shop. 3rd class HR and management.
