There is no team work in operation everyone is working in there own way the colleague which is working in company from last 5-8 years they are misguiding the top management specially the supervisor and project manager

Really nothing it's not even registered company and above all they randomly terminate people left n right

Management made it all like school, they don't take rational decision, over time work hour, no talking eith collogues

Here you can learn alot of things as you will responsible for each and every task if any particular unit alloted to you. From beginning to ending of the project you and you are the only responsible person who have to take any blame if anything goes wrong.

Dislikes

- No work life balance - Appraisal is not good - No job security - In maker and checker process if you are the maker and checker failed to find anything which is mistaken and wrong so you will be the only person responsible. - No team lunch or any extra activity. - Have to work after working hours and even on holidays to get the work done sometimes of others.

A great company to start your career, growth chances are less but you will get a chance to work with many expert in their fields and learn many things from them.

Dislikes

Growth is slow only staff level people's get appraisal and low level worker get less increment overall its good for you if you're on staff level or managerial level, but compares to other companies i saw and work with them i still consider al shirawi is the best in their field of work, you'll get salary on time no matter whatever company condition it will not effect on your salary.
