Many of ARCC employees dislike the new implementation of two years contract.

Company is very good , but there Philippine management is very worst. also work load is very high. manager didn't take give value an individual. And very major issue is when an emergency in our family company didn't give permit for comeback home. So I didn't like this company.

Salary was not delayed because of full support w/ EEI like what happen @RP2 project wherein Saipem impose a Mafia Style Working Attitude, the same style that affect MMG @Manifa Project/etc. Expect pressure in work if you were under by Sawal, Magno, Capa, etc. However, learn from them on how they precide the meeting especially Sawal (the ultimate driver of the project eventhough to much shouting, kicking the wall, slapping the table) Magno always asking supervisor to take charge on 3 days plan and materials (expect psywar), Capa only pressure2x w/ little or no support at all. But w/ regards to staff (manpower) and construction experience, it was very excellent. Good company for Job Security and Learning especially @field, eng'g, planning. A very good subcontractor company overall. Training grounds for Filipinos.

Dislikes

Worklife balance, career growth and opportunity needs improvement. Expect work pressure and top management to tell that company already down and need more production. Always lugi2x.....

Hi company is good...but the management of AL RASHID . IT Means the PHILIPPINES management is worst....how much u work hard its really useless..bcz they will support their own people.so my opinion better reject...options will come...life is too big..don't anxiety to work with AL RASHID.THANKS
