Extremely stressful environment and workload. 7. Will make you sign a contract during renewal of visa stating that we cannot resign within the next 6 months of visa renewal which makes it very difficult to look for another job. 8. Worst timings in the month of ramadan with no time for iftar or prayer. 9. No rooms for break or sometimes even washroom in many branches. 10. Company will never take your side even if the customer is wrong and even if the customer misbehaves with us, we will have to take the blame and may be suspended or transferred to far branches as punishment. 11. They will tell you it’s “flexible timing” at the time of signing the contract but it’s only flexible for the managers. They will keep shuffling your timings according to their wish. 12. Area managers show their power by playing with moving staffs around as they like. 13. Unfair treatment of employees. Favouring some staffs over others on the basis of their nationality. 14. Will forcefully promote you to other positions with the smallest increment of salary but huge increase in responsibilities for the minor increment. 15. Will not let you transfer your visa to a better exchange opportunities. 16. Only 30 days paid vacation a year and the vacation dates is sometimes changed as the managers wish. the only good thing is that they will not let you go if you are doing your job right and make no mistakes.

Dislikes

1)when signing the enrolment contracts you dont get any copy or allowed to take a picture as they say its their policy which is against kuwaiti labour law. 2)if you are a local hire They will promise you to be near your area but then force to transfer you anywhere even if far areas. 3) They force you to give them your passport , and to make a written request everytime you need it and they might refuse to give it too. 4)Your annual vacation might be postponed even if you mention the date in the beginning of the year , and the managers will force you to stay. 5)Theres more toxic managers than the good ones , and even if you report to HR they will ignore it as HR management dont take any reports seriously they only focus on how to pressure you and cut from your benefits. 6)Poor Planning. They force overtime on you if they need it and Area managers will force to finish all your monthly holidays in the first week just to finish it and make you work the rest of the month continuously. . 7) Upper management treat the staff outside head office with the worst way sometimes without any empathy as if staff arent humans. 8)if you resigned they will try to pressure you to stay and if you dont understand kuwaiti labour law they will take advantage of that not giving you any of your rights before you leave and they might even play you to pay money to leave them.

Very bad experience as employee, company doesn’t care about employees only care about customers and no basic services like no wash rooms at workplace if you sick company deduct salary only high level people benefits more

They don't give a dam about employees. They had offered me Job and on their offer I left my current company as I was told in a month u will get the opportunity it was almost 6 month but no revert even after connecting hr from almuzaini and multiple people but no1 response. Its very bad we can't trust company like such

It is a family business, there is no training for managers, salaries with in market anckor , poor work inviroment , they have to ceperate between ownership & management.

No development for managers , no career path in the company, no plans.
