Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

I have spent my most of the life with almaya apart from salary bosses are so rude and arrogant which is unbearable, i worked with them because I had my own problems like children study , visa transfer and all and I didn't wanted to take any kind of Risk due to kids. Thus i would say it's every individual wish whether they want to join or not. I have shared my experience, being honest, hard working person they never took care or discussed so let's see

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Bosses are so rude and arrogant they abuse people, intially they are sweet with everyone, gradually you will know their true role.

...o professionalism. The best example is if you want to get your passport after 1.5 years of experience in this company still you have to pay some thousands of money as a deposit for even emergency travels. If any public holidays announced by the government be ready to sacrifice your upcoming weekends. You won't get any mail regarding the same instead you will get a call from the receptionist. There is no employee-management relationship. End of the day, you will degrade your talents and work.

This company is a hell miss Usha and Mr Deepak please take care I wasting my time of 8 years of this company I don't want to give this review to in this company n please don't sale expiry item in bakery buchari etc ....there r many things be careful ...

Al Maya is good company but there management is very very bad I work there 8 years but no any developments in my life but if there any relative in head office no matter that person is new a old they have a increment salary no matter some people they don't have a relation that person is a Khali Bali I have of name of that office people's name but what to do ... UAE Dubai I work there 17 or 15 hours in a night shift
