New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Al Mansoor International was established in 1992, it deals with water supply projects in Oman recently AMI have 7 O and M projects in Oman,it deals with RO plants, transmission and distribution water supply networks in all over Oman, providing good working environment, offering good salaries with brilliant future, it is the sister company of Al Sulaimi group Oman

There are job security is very good. And work is O&M good work but management is a not satisfied because there all so managing total higher posts pakisthan peoples. That's why there very bad management. Company policies very good. But thare not free food.

the company is a Learning Hub for beginners,and Most thing It is Based On MEP along with the SCADA automation systems.So you are here at least two years you can get experience in over all MEP mainteance

In Al mansoor 100% job security and career growth is not a fast track service.usually we have to work 14-16 hours due to less manpower & more sites.i do have many appreciations & my name is familiar with top management team but it doesn't make any appraisals
