1. No encouragement when you do some critical work. Instead encouraging, they put you down. 2. Corporate policy is nightmare. Nothing is transparency. If u ask any doubts/questions about policy, they give you long lectures and Memo. 3. There is no proper OT or Comp off. 4. They will take your work credits but if any issues in that work, they will dump you. 5.they are not allowing to talk to co-employees. If they saw, when you talk with others, they will unnecessaryly scold you. 6. There is no respect for employees and their work.
