Al Hayat National hospital is a nightmare. They don’t treat their staff well, you relocate from your country to work in their trust and at the end of the month your salary isn’t complete, they uses huge cutlass to cut your salary..

Dislikes

The fact they don’t take care of their staff, everything about them is what they tend to gain, you obviously sick to work and hospitalized that you can’t go for sick leave at that time they cut 3 times duties of from your salary, with no sufficient reasons salaries people relocated to earn in the country they cut all at the end of the month making you go home with nothing. They don’t have accommodations for their staff ,if there is any , no maintenance, nothing will be working in the accommodation… only one confined space of a room 6 persons are inside, each flat having two rooms in it 12 persons in one flat, it is terrible. It’s a nightmare. Nurses that uses the hospital bus are dropped very late after their work eg working for 12 hours shift closes at 7pm and then the bus can only take you home after 1 hour. Or much more later. If you are not from Arabic country is worst for you cox they tend to help more people that speaks and understands Arabic
