Technically there is no scope of self improvement. Management was not supportive at all. Even for our contractual vacation we have to beg for N number of times. Not systamatic at all.

This company has really good safety and quality management system and really I love the company policy and reward to give the employee at the end of contract as per Saudi labor law. this is good platform for learning, enhance your skill, and upgrade your self.

...1 hours daily, Sometime i have to work 14 to 16 hours during the external audit. here is no increment in your salary even you are working very hard and received many appreciation from company or client . forget about salary increment even will work more than 10 years in this company.

Alhumdillah its my pleasure to write something about this company. MashaAllah its very good platform where you can learn and improve yourself. Management also very good there is nothing to write negative. Company policies are very clear with contract terms and conditions.

Algihaz company is a good company but I can't say it's make your career growth before some years this company was excellent but nowadays company suation going down, technician can't spend full life in this company nowadays,
