Almost everything, zero moral values, no ethics, full of politics, no stability, always trail and fail, no job security, hire and fire is a passion for them. Blindfold nature from the group management and the owners is the main reason of very toxic work environment and worst culture in many brands.

environment and culture is good.salary base is good. Working with company make to gain knowledge

Dislikes

Work pressure is full. Training is not given from basics just dump the work to employees without giving trainings. And remove from jobs after 6 months if they are not good enough to do work... Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues

Salary on time and working hours are as per law, they do not force. Helping nature

Dislikes

Parcelity , Managers are use to keep there relations only for long period and for others they make End of contracts without any resion.

Before the pandemic the Kuwait stores were great due to the good management.we had hopes for development and promotions.

Dislikes

After the pandemic the management has been changed and did not treated equally and not supported. That made me leaving the company. Although its so painful.

A lot of politics. Despite giving best effort and achieving the maximum target for the year successively(highest for the year on my lead) , I was not recognized & because of very dirty politics & fake support being played by my supervisor, I was terminated. Higher Management failed to investigate and recognize my dedication towards the company.
