a) communication skill of planning at starting of work very good. b) All of the workers handle any type of problem-solving confidently. c) I am self-confident;y handle any problem of the machine. d) The major problem of machine discusses the manager. e) any urgency of solving the problem of the machine as per the production point of view major action coordinate both elects, prod, dept. f) Myself very positive approach of any type of jobs solving the purpose. g) I am very hardworking, no sacrifices any indiscipline. h) daily monitoring the running line inspection, preventive and checklist schedule as per the company standard formate. i) any major problem the machine why-why analysis and root cost analysis due to this problem does not repeat in future. j) I am handling all document file daily point of view major point of machine noted as per the future point of view. k) I am working in SPM. l) daily basis I am reporting to the manager.

Dislikes

a) The extra pressure of solving the jobs. b) the manager does not talk to direct contact to engineer. c) I talk to the manager and discuss the major problem then manager asks to me that you contact sr. engineer. d) workers are not self-motivated. e) safety point of view not a measure action of any machine. f) sr. Engineer, not a monitor of the handling the plant. g) all of the worker technical points of view zero knowledge. h) equipment spare parts not maintained the department.

I have joined Al- Faisal steel products co. On dt.17/05/17 as a mechanical maintenance engineer in FSPC line 1,2 at 2 year contract period but starting of three month is a professional period but mechanical maintenance engineer working experience very good.

no any schedule, planning, safety and root cause analysis of machine problem
