Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

No employees benefits (OT, TICKETS, FOOD and Accommodation) Not recommending for young employees can't able to grow their career. work environment is outdated still need millions of improvement in Office culture /HR-POLICY.

Good work environment and culture. Very good for learning at the beginning of your carrier from experienced team mates..

Dislikes

...f politics in management. You only can resign after 2 years because of the bond. Salary is below average.

its a good company for its employees time to time salary and all benifits no extra work load regular overtime as per site requirement

Dislikes

from last two years i am working here never happen anything that i dont like with me in this two years.may be some other person dislike something happen to him but with me until now all is well
