Al Darwish Engg is largest construction company in Qatar, have completed and handle many marvelous projects, mainly Airport and an Metro rail project, which was the contribution towars the Development of Qatar.I would like to express my views about teamwork, its gives opportunities to grow your creeer, wish if given chance to serve in this company, will be highly appreciated.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
