First of all, the management is comprised of individuals who lack education. Additionally, the HR department is extremely insensitive towards the employees, as they have no understanding of the concept of humanity or the core principles of HR.

Dislikes

Furthermore, they make promises to employees regarding salary increments during the day of the interview and granting leaves, but once hired, they completely back out on these commitments. Moreover, they deduct money from your salary for even minor mistakes, such as accidentally breaking company items, errors in work, or mistakes in reports.

Selary comes before 15th of next month.

Dislikes

1) politics 2) you need to acting then you are the best employ . 3) when you complete a project in your hard work after that you are nothing for the company, you are throwing out. 4) Management system are very poor, they are not coming from construction background . 5) There are 2 days leave in a month if you get 3 days leave then 1 days selary deduct in your selary, if you don't take any leave past 3 months and next month you need 5 days leave then they are considering only 2 days of leave and others 3 days selary deduct. Etc

1. No work life balance. 2. Monday to Sunday work. No off day. 3. No official holiday provided by the company. 4. No salary increment. 5. HR involved on every matter. 6. Internal policies between bunch of idiots. 7. Owner had no idea what happening in his company. 8. All the illiterate family member of owner with no work knowledge have power. 9. No promises fulfilled which is made during interviews. 10. The company give you only 2 day off in a month if you take it or lose it, it don’t carry forward to next month. 11. My suggestion don’t even think of joining the company.
