AL Babtain is a one of the top construction company in Saudi Arabia. I am thankful for being a part of this. It's like a engineering and management Scholls where you can learn lot from your colleagues, they all are supportable even management too.

I never dislike working with AL Babtain due to some personal problem I left the company and secondly I was expecting some benifits like salary hike from management which I didn't get so I left.

Company puts low work pressure to all employee because there is lack of efficiency of systems. Company apt for freshers, and person who are not willing to take responsibilities. Company provides good facilities to employee but its not reaching to down level. Company has lot of projects at KSA.
