Dislikes

Pathetic accomodation and don't care attitude towards employees. Too much working hours(Sometimes 14+ hours) and annual leave in Plumbing and Fire Fighting department is around 20 days after too much of begging. HVAC department is good.

I have spent around 7 years in Fawad Alghanim Group and around 4 years in Al-Ahlia Integrated GTC. Al-Ahlia is sister company of Alghanim International. I got chance to enhance me skills while working in Al-Ahlia.

Dislikes

Al-Ahlia is basically Egyptian-Pro company where nepotism is on peak, appraisals are usually made on the basis of personal reference rather to consider employee's individual performance. There is lack of management, HR department is messed-up and employees suffers alot because of non-professional staff in HR department. There are no any transparent system to calculate/judge employees performance.
