the company is open to to innovation and readily adopts technology, high quality products of transformer and substation works in oil and gas at kuwait, plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow,some times work pressure is very high.

No appreciation, appraisal, bonus, dont expect yearly increments, failure in a job would be on our head sucess will be credited to bosses. The work environment is slavery. No new ideas will be accepted.

Too many resourses to work with.Salary on time. Good work life balance. They will allways settle all your amount and you can keep your passport in your hand itself. People in personel department are really nice.

Dislikes

Very bad Accomodation for Engineer. Forcing 6 engineers to stay in 8*10 rooms with common washrooms and badly maintaned rooms. They dont believe in Employee retention , they will hire you for a project in temporary 9month visa and once they end the project ,they will ask to leave.

Pros:good starts for fresh engineers and salary on time,and good career growth . Cons:Management is not stable,team colleagues are not stable ,changes happen frequently in quick time.

Dislikes

They insist to work additional time ,but not give any OT pay.they ask us to work extra at free of cost to company.and poor management .they remove team lead and team head if project in finishing stage for cost cutting.

The company is good for motivated the workers for develop new models , and concepts to open innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base. My colleagues come from various cultural backgounds, and we work happily in colloboration.

Compensation is decent, work presssure is high, casual leaves are no, yearly bonus is no, he gives 2 years once 56 days leave and 56 days salary ,this is the good for that company.Growth is slow.
