They will make many fake promise at the time of interview. Salary structure is worst in industry. They pay around 30 percent lower than other paints company. Management dont want a employee, they want a doll. You need to work on Sundays to meet your target.

LLP structure of organisation keeps you low profile. It always reminds you about your separate existence from main organization. Main company is public limited but this is partnership firm which keeps you low profile while applying for loans from Banks.

Its a dream place to work continuous training on time to time and high safety work standard always learn somthing new and innovative great travel salary and incentive poilcy.

No management support, so much politics, No employee relationship, Higher management doesn't care about any wrong happening with their lower team.

The company has many opportunities for fresher's but not enough for experienced person. I Love the fact that I am The part of akzonobel India. My seniors are very supportive and behaved like my family.

There is not enough benefits about salary and job security. I think that is the major Problem if this Problem can solved than is the best company in the world
