Dislikes

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low .There is a bond of 2year before I cannot resign but camp. Not renew it.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Disconnected Appraisal and Feedback System. Less scope for career growth if your from BI or DE. Employee-HR interactions are very executive in nature (almost no interactions). Onshore downsizing happened recently (check news), not sure when offshore (GBS IN) is going to happen (it’s obvious—merging may get duplicate records :)).
