No management support, so much politics, No employee relationship, Higher management doesn't care about any wrong happening with their lower team.

Disconnected Appraisal and Feedback System. Less scope for career growth if your from BI or DE. Employee-HR interactions are very executive in nature (almost no interactions). Onshore downsizing happened recently (check news), not sure when offshore (GBS IN) is going to happen (it’s obvious—merging may get duplicate records :)).
