No direct abusive language. On time salary

Manager are highly unqualified, they just know how to speak english you can not discuss any technical issues with them. Managers don't understand technicality of business at all. knowledge will be degraded here. No job security. If assignment is complete, you will be enforce to give the resignation.

In akzonoble there are some technical works that we have to do, like check in - check out, uploading preview at our own, uploading pipeline and many more. It's not that much challenging but seriously no one will like it on daily basis

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary is good and bonus every year.

The management is not good . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Compensation was nice. No growth in technical services. Teammates are not cooperative including the managers. No personal life, only professional life Politics is the must in Akzo. No value for the freshers, values and training were given to the experienced one. No personal development as well. Leave policy is very worst.
