No management support, so much politics, No employee relationship, Higher management doesn't care about any wrong happening with their lower team.

The company has many opportunities for fresher's but not enough for experienced person. I Love the fact that I am The part of akzonobel India. My seniors are very supportive and behaved like my family.

There is not enough benefits about salary and job security. I think that is the major Problem if this Problem can solved than is the best company in the world

Poor Training, absolutely no Job security ,poor administration and terrible work environment. Good thing is supportive team and good compensation and benefits.
