In akzonoble there are some technical works that we have to do, like check in - check out, uploading preview at our own, uploading pipeline and many more. It's not that much challenging but seriously no one will like it on daily basis

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary is good and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The management is not good . Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work life balance. Good compensation and health benefits. Flexible working hours. Nice office.

Dislikes

Disconnected Appraisal and Feedback System. Less scope for career growth if your from BI or DE. Employee-HR interactions are very executive in nature (almost no interactions). Onshore downsizing happened recently (check news), not sure when offshore (GBS IN) is going to happen (it’s obvious—merging may get duplicate records :)).

LLP structure of organisation keeps you low profile. It always reminds you about your separate existence from main organization. Main company is public limited but this is partnership firm which keeps you low profile while applying for loans from Banks.

Compensation was nice. No growth in technical services. Teammates are not cooperative including the managers. No personal life, only professional life Politics is the must in Akzo. No value for the freshers, values and training were given to the experienced one. No personal development as well. Leave policy is very worst.
