PROS- we get paid on time. Food is available with card system. CONS- laborious work even in the R&D Department.

The company changes its rules as per their needs. I was offered apprentice trainee job with 8.5 hrs shift for 11 months training. I have completed my 7 months of training and on 04/02/2021 the company increased the apprentice trainee shift from 8.5 hrs to 10 hrs. This is unethical as far as I believe.
